Terms & Conditions
The products and services on this website are provided by Heart of God Church Group (“HOGC”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website. Upon submission of this form, you consent to these Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration:
Once you've successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. However, on the rare occasion that your registration doesn't meet the admission requirements, HOGC may have to change or refund your ticket.
2. Refunds:
If you need to cancel your registration in the event of unforseen circumstances, you may contact us at gic@generationsmvmt.com, and we’ll reach out to you.
3. Travel & Accommodations:
Participants are responsible for their own visas, travel insurance, air tickets, accommodations and any other travel related expenses. Participants are advised to make these purchases only after registration is confirmed.
4. Delay, Reschedule or Cancellation:
HOGC reserves the right to change any of the published event details and has the final determination on any matter relating to the event. If there is a change to the published event details, the organisers will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable time of such changes.
5. Copyright
5.1 The products and services on this website are subject to copyright protection under the laws of Singapore and, through international treaties, other countries. The copyright in the contents and materials made available through these products and services, whether individually or as a whole, is owned by HOGC. However, the copyright in some contents and materials incorporated within these products and services may be owned by third parties where so indicated.
5.2 No part of the contents or materials made available through these products and services may be reproduced, licensed, sold, published, transmitted, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, broadcast (including storage in any medium by electronic means whether or not transiently for any purpose save as permitted herein) without the prior written permission of HOGC. Unless stated otherwise, you may view these products and services and its constituent contents and materials and save an electronic copy, or print out a copy, of parts of such contents and materials solely for your own information, research or study, provided you (a) do not modify the copy from how it originally appears on the respective product(s) and service(s); and (b) include the copyright notice "© Heart of God Church" on such copy.
5.3 Except with the prior written permission of HOGC, you may not create a derivative work from the contents and materials provided through these products and services, nor decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble such contents and materials.
5.4 HOGC’s logos and trademarks should not be removed from pages on which they originally appear. HOGC's web pages should always appear exactly as posted without variation unless the prior written approval of HOGC has been obtained.
5.5 You must not otherwise exercise the copyright in the whole or any part of the contents and materials in these products and services for any other purpose except as expressly permitted by any applicable law or with HOGC’s prior written consent.
5.6 Any rights relating to the contents and materials provided through these products and services that is not expressly granted herein are reserved, and no licence or right is granted to you by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products and services of GenerationS Implementation Community are provided ‘as is’ and HOGC makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees in relation to this website, the goods and/or services. HOGC excludes all liability for any loss, liability, damage or expense (whether direct or indirect) which may be suffered by you or any third party, arising from or in connection with your access to these products and services. To the extent HOGC’s liability cannot lawfully be excluded, its liability will be limited, at its option, to the cost of the relevant ticket that you have purchased;
6.2 HOGC (including its staff) will take every precaution to ensure the good welfare of and protection of all participants who are registered for the GenerationS Implementation Community. To the fullest extent in law, you hereby release and indemnify HOGC against any and all liability, loss or damage incurred as a result of any accident or misfortune, injury or loss to person or property as a result of attending GenerationS Implementation Community.
7. HOGC Privacy Notice:
We take your privacy seriously. With your registration for the above events, we wish to use your information for the purpose of keeping you informed about future editions of this and other relevant events, resources and services which may be of interest to you. You agree that Heart of God Church may collect, use and disclose your personal data as provided here for the purposes of assessing and accepting potential applicant(s) and for the administration of the above events, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
9. Interpretation:
These Terms & Conditions, HOGC Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy shall be interpreted solely with reference to the English language version of the Terms, notwithstanding any translation(s) of these Terms & Conditions.
